What is our Return Policy?

  • At Latest Bedding we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason your purchase did not work out, we are more than happy to accommodate your return request. Please fully review our policy below for more details before initiating your return request.

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address or Phone number (without spaces or dashes)  in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition.
  • Unwashed and not used.
  • In the original packaging.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

 

Partial Returns

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.

You will receive 85% of the item’s purchase price for non-defective items that are returned within the item's return policy period.

You will receive 75% of the item’s purchase price for opened, non-defective window panels in their original condition and within the return policy window.

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected:

Items not in original condition, missing accessories, or showing obvious misuse not due to Latest Bedding error.

Physical user damage. 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, unless you have recieved the wrong item. Please provide pictures so we may accomodate and process your return request promptly.

  

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your return request will be processed, along with a return address. Once your refund has been recieved and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 to 10 working days.

 

Please Note:

  • Please repack all Latest Bedding products in the original package they were recieved in.
  • Return Authorization numbers must be properly shown on the outside of the return package.
  • We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to wash or bleach.
  • We cannot accept returns due to damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamsers or dry cleaners.
