Payments, Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once your items have left the warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation. If you purchased an item that has become back ordered, you will receive an email from us immediately notifying you of the delay in shipment.

 

What are my shipping fees?

As always, We ship FREE.

Free standard shipping (2-5 business days) is automatically applied at checkout on all orders before taxes are applied.

Latest Bedding reserves the right to change this offer at any time. Latest Bedding reserves the right to refuse shipping orders without cause with a full refund to the consumer.

 

If one item is backordered, when will my package ship?

We strive to ship all of our orders as fast as possible. If your order has an item that is not currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped when that item is back in stock. If you need part of your order sooner, contact us here and we will determine if your request may be accommodated.

 

DO WE SHIP TO APO/DPO?

No, we do not ship to military and APO/DPO addresses. 

 

My order didn't ship yet; can I add an item to it?

For your own security we don't store your 3-digit pin/CVV for credit card on file, so the best way to add to an existing order is to place a new order. Unfortunately, once an order is placed it is immediately sent to the warehouse to fulfill and cannot be altered.

 

I placed my order with expedited shipping, when will I receive it?

We prioritize expedited orders and try to get them out the door as fast as possible. If you place your order before 11am EST Monday through Friday and all items are available, your order will ship out the same day with your expedited selection. Otherwise, your order will ship out the following business day.

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

 

What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that will contain your tracking information. You may also sign up for an account to keep track of all your orders with us here.

 

Where is my package? My tracking number states "Delivered," but I did not receive my package. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. cannot locate my package.

We apologize, but unfortunately once your order is given to any third parties it is out of our control and thus we cannot be of any help or held responsible. Please contact the third party for further assistance on their services being performed. To the extent that Latest Bedding contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Latest Bedding does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link included on the Site, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource. Latest Bedding has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

 

 What if I receive defective item? 


For safe and secure delivery, we advise you to please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. Since defective item can be report within 7-14 days only. 

 

Why did I receive partial order?

Sometimes items are dispatched from different warehouses from different cities. If you get one item earlier and don’t get the rest of the items, please wait for 2-5 business days to reach it to you.

 

Why isn't my free shipping code working?

Free shipping codes must be entered into the promotion box at checkout. If you are having trouble with the code itself, or can't find a place to enter it, contact us here and let us know you are having trouble using the code BEFORE you place the order. We cannot accommodate orders once they have been placed.

 

How do I use my referral code?

Thanks for spreading the good words of mouth! Once you refer a friend to shop and it has signed up with Latest Bedding, you will be able to see a referral link. Share that link with us to claim referral reward.

 

Can I use two codes on one order?

Only one code is valid per order at this time.

 

Do you price match?

To ensure you get the best value, we offer price matching! To request a price match, please share the current web link where you found the lower price for reference.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer price matching for delivered items.

We reserve the right to exclude certain websites from price matching.

We deduct round way shipping (Depending on distance and parcel weigh) of your total amount if parcel intercept.

International Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We provide free shipping within the lower 48 United States. However, for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers have to pay shipping charges. Currently, we are not shipping our products to Canada.

 

Are your prices in USD?

All the prices on the site are in USD and our payment systems processes orders in USD. The conversion rate to your currency will happen through your bank or credit card.

 

Cancelling an Order

I need to cancel my order, what should I do?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, 5% fee will be deducted of total order amount for each cancelled order. And after 4 hours cancellation will not be processed.
Within 2 hours.   Full amount will be refunded
Within 2 to 4 hours. A deduction of 5% of the amount of order
After 4 hrs.   Cancellation will not be processed

Note: If an order is already dispatched before order cancellation request, then request will not be processed. 

If customer refuses to accept the order, round way shipping cost will be deducted from total refund amount.

How do I initiate a return?

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. 

 Please note that all sales on clearance items are final. An item that was bought on clearance cannot be returned.

 

How do I find out where to ship my return?

Please contact us here to submit your return request. Once your return request has been authorized and you have been provided a return authorization number you may ship us your return. A Customer Care Specialist will provide the return shipping address. Please note, return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.  Once your unused and unwashed returned items has been received, you will receive a refund confirmation email from us and your payment will be refunded in the original form it was received. Your credit card/PayPal will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of return.

When will I receive my refunded payment?

Your credit card/PayPal will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of return. We offer full refund of the purchased items. Please note, shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. Shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

*All items must be returned in their original packaging including: documentation, warranty cards and manuals (if applicable). We cannot accept returns of merchandise that have been used, laundered or soiled. We do not accept returns on buyers remorse. We inspect all returns and will issue a partial refund if found to be used, soiled or not in resellable condition.

 

Orders & Payments

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, you will receive an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to receive an email confirming your order has shipped and that your credit card has been charged.

 

Why should I create an account?

You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information when you place an order as they will be filled in automatically. You can also keep track of all of your orders through our website.

Registering makes gift giving simple. Your family and friends' information can be saved in your Address Book, so you avoid typing in their information each time you send a gift. Create an account now.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Shopify Payments.

Is ordering over the Internet secure?

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a Shopify secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.

 

Can I add more than one discount code to an order?

Only one discount code can be applied to each order. Offers cannot be combined.

 

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

Can you tell me when new products and promotions are announced?

I just received my order but some components are missing!
What should I do?

Most smaller components are folded within our core sets so we recommend completely unpacking and unfolding all the sheets to make sure all the items are in there. If we did make a mistake when packing your order, please contact us here and we will accommodate your issue as soon as possible. 

 

I entered the wrong billing address, what do I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit your billing address due to security purposes. Please contact us here immediately so we may cancel your order if it has not been shipped already. 

 

I can't check out. How can I place my order?

If our site is not currently working properly, please contact us here and we will gladly put your order through.

 

I ordered your product as a gift, are there prices on the box?

All of our items come pre-bundled in a Latest Bedding carton packaging. We do not have gift messaging at this time, but we make sure our packing slips don't include pricing just in case your order is a gift!

 

I can't log into my account.

In order to check out on our website, you only need to enter your email address. In order to see previous orders, you can create an account and login. Please contact us here if you have any difficulty logging in and we will help you out!
