Standard Return Policy
If you receive a wrong item please email us HERE within 7 days of your delivery and provide us with the order number. We will then issue you an email with a prepaid label to you so you can return the incorrect item. Once the item is received, we will ship you the correct item.
To initiate an return, click HERE and include your order number, condition of your item, reason for return and whether you’d like a replacement or refund.
ONLY in the event of a manufacturer defect, we will replace or refund your purchase (shipping charges if any are non-refundable) within 30 days of your delivery in the original packaging of any products that were unused, unwashed and in a re-sale condition. We do not accept returns on buyers remorse, is the item was used, washed or products not in re-sale condition, or on any final-sale/clearance items.
No returns after 30 days of your delivery date. We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to by bleach and cannot claim responsibility for damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers or dry cleaners. We unfortunately cannot provide free return shipping on our products at this time. We do not currently accept orders from Canada, Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
